My mom recently returned from a trip to Europe which included a stay in the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is known for its puppets, according to my mom, so she brought Jake back a "Pinocchio" puppet and the new baby back a frog puppet. Unfortunately, Jake was a little petrified of Pinocchio, but he really enjoyed playing with the frog.
Jake and I have really enjoyed having my mom around the last couple of days; she originally came to town to keep Jake so that I could work, but I ended up being called off. Whoop whoop! So mom and I got to spend lots of quality time together while the boys were at school and got lots of things accomplished!
