Football Party!
TP with Nate Sperry
The linebackers (and a senior DB) with the Summers boys and two of the Sperry boys
Justin McDonald wearing Walker's Lightning McQueen goggles. Bahaha!
Chillaxin'
Walker playing soccer with Willie Mitchell.
We have had one busy weekend at the Summers' house. It was Tyson's last weekend before being "deployed" (as my friend Michelle puts it) to football season, so we had a few things we needed to mark off the old checklist- having the football coaches and players over. I didn't get any good pictures from Saturday when we had the coaches over, however, I made sure to get some Sunday of the players. It was such a fun weekend and we were able to be with a lot of people that we care about...I just wish we could have had more time together the 5 of us. It has been such a long year between having Anderson, the Fiesta Bowl, and Tyson transitioning to the DC role, I just don't feel like we've had enough time together. And now with my mom being sick, things are only going to be harder. I've never dreaded a football season so much, and I feel so bad for Tyson, too. I can't imagine the stress he is already under and going to continue to be under. :(
Ok, I'll try to be more positive and upbeat in the next post. Go Knights!

Sketti
He was clapping "yay" here. :)
Anderson had his first taste of spaghetti today, and he tore it up. He was double fisting, shoveling it into his mouth. For real, I dumped some on his tray, turned around to walk back to get the rest of his food, walked back, and he had eaten all gone. And I don't give him baby size portions- this boy can EAT! He eats as much, if not more, than Walker! I'm definitely in trouble when these boys grow up and REALLY start eating! :)

LEGOLAND!
Legoland!!
I got in this picture just so Anderson could be in it....little did I know that his head was turned around in every single picture. Ha!
Some character from Chima. Laval maybe?
My husband, who is severely afraid of heights, braved this kiddie ride with Jake just to give him a hand in pulling that rope.
My brilliant husband also took the boys to "Boating school," which Jake said is just like on Spongebob.
Unfortunately, my husband, like Spongebob, failed boating school.
Somehow, he managed to get this boat stuck and turned around the wrong way.
After I nearly wet my pants laughing so hard, the boys finally got the boat turned around and headed in the right direction. :)
Lego Darth Vader
Chima characters again. Seeing the alligator thing on the left (Crocker maybe?) was Walker's favorite part of the day.
The boys also thought it was pretty cool to meet Emmet and Wyldstyle from the Lego Movie.
Again, Anderson's head was turned around.
And this is the only one of the day with Anderson at least looking forward.
We scratched another thing off our Orlando to-do list with a trip to Legoland this week, and I have to admit, Legoland is one of my favorite theme parks! Even during a peak time, it wasn't very crowded or too crazy; most of the rides had about a 5-15 minute wait. Now, some of the rides were a little on the lame side, but the Summers boys thought they were awesome. I would highly recommend Legoland if you head this way; it's such a nice break from Disney.
Putt Putt and Fishing for Gators
Tyson's vacation is winding down, so we're trying to make the most of our time with him before football season hits (July 31 for us). We still have so much to do at the new house and I so badly want to spend every chance I get with my mom, but these boys deserve some good ole family fun. We've been swimming a lot, gone to the movies, gone bowling, and played putt putt. We've had so much fun with Tyson; I sure am going to miss him these next 6-7 months.

Trip to Thomaston to See Mom
The Grands! Jake (6), Anderson (10 mos), Jace (5), Walker (4), and Gracie (2)
Anderson playing with mom's oxygen tubing...cause that's safe, right?
Walker with my mom
Walker with Santa, who stays up year round in the basement just to scare you as you walk down to do laundry late at night in the pitch black.
My Granddaddy with my Anderson
My kids were obsessed with the slide.
My mom's parents :) And yes, I look disgusting. I'm pretty sure I cried about 75% of that day.
Chillaxin in the shade.
We just got back from a trip to Thomaston, Ga to see my mom. Sadly, it was the first time I've been to Thomaston since January of 2012 and even longer since Tyson has been there. It was a very long drive, but we made it and I'm so glad we went. Mom was feeling pretty puny and slept a good bit, but I cherish every minute we get with her.
We also got to see my grandparents while we were there. My grandmother is really going downhill, but I'm glad my Granddaddy made the effort to come see us. It's just a sad, sad situation all the way around right now. Between my mom and my grandma, I feel like my heart has been ripped out of my chest and stomped on. Life will never be the same. :(

St. Simons: Part 2
Darth Anderson
Happy 4th of July!
My little spidey star.
Miss America
Tyson's best friend, Worth and his family. The Summers boys do LOVE some Bowers girls.
The baby race.
And they're off!! Well, Mack is. ;)
Anderson is gaining on him...
...until Jake pushes Anderson and makes him faceplant into the sand.
Mack wins!!
Anderson finishes the race.
Emma and Walker.
Bahaha!
A wagon ride on the beach.
My boys are obsessed with tie dye right now.
