More Memorial Day Pics

Anderson, Walker, Cam, Chase, Caden (Chase's friend), Jake, RK, Jace, and Gracie
My 3 boys.  They had a GREAT time at the beach, especially jumping the waves that were a little crazy from the tropical storm.  And the water was unusually warm for this time of year.
My parents got to the beach on Friday, but my mom was exhausted so she stayed in for a few days.  I got to spend some time with her Saturday morning by myself while Tyson had the boys.  We laid in the bed watching TV, telling stories, holding hands, laughing, crying, and just enjoying every minute of it.
We look rough here, but this is one of my favorite pictures of all time.
I love the relationship that these two have.  Anderson calls Walker, "Wa Wa," and Walker calls Anderson, "Anny" (other something like it).
On the last day, Mom was finally able to join us.  She sat by the pool and watched the kids swim- it was perfect!

Memorial Day Pics

We just got back from St. Simons Island where we spent Memorial Day weekend with my parents, my sister and her crew, and my cousin and her crew.  I didn't get very many pictures with my real camera, just these.  Mom wasn't feeling well at all, but we value these pictures so she pushed ahead.  I'll post more later about our weekend.  Happy Memorial Day!!

Pre-K Graduation and Honor's Day

Walker's Pre-K class. Walker is on the top left.

 My sweet angel...

 ...yet so full of personality.

This is his teacher, Mrs. Kathy, who may possibly be the best in the business.
This is Elizabeth, Walker's girlfriend, and Lane, Walker's buddy.  That could be trouble. Haha!
After Pre-K graduation, we headed over to Jake's school for Honor's Day.  Jake got an AR award, and worked so hard for that sucker.  I'm so proud of him!!

Jake refused to look my way and smile for the camera.  Stinker!
This was hilarious...Jake's teacher, Mrs. Sylvia, gave the kids hugs with their certificates, but she and Jake did this handshake/high five thing instead.  The audience erupted in laughter afterwards.  It was so cute and so my Jake.
Can we talk about how tall this child is?  Keep growing, Jake!!
Tyson was unable to come to the boys' events that day, so I asked my Dad to come.  The boys were so proud and excited to have him there.  By the way, excuse how rough the little two look...it was a long day!!!!!!

This is Walker leading his class in.  Please notice how loud he is.  Haha.

I might have started crying during this song.  So precious!

I don't know how to flip this video, but it's adorable.  They asked the kids a couple of questions, and the Director reads them out as the kids are presented their diploma.  It's a little hard to hear, so pay close attention.

Wrapping Up Baseball and Soccer

Jake getting his medal.  Not exactly sure what he's doing though.
 The Orioles!!

Coach Trae.  What a blessing this team has been!
 Brody and Jake
 Walker's turn for a medal!!
These three right here have earned their medals.  Several games in a row, these three are the only ones who showed up which meant no substitution.  They played their hearts out!
Skylar's Dad, Coach Stan filled in for us a few games.

Mother's Day in the Boro!

I had a wonderful Mother's Day in the Boro!!  First, I got to sleep in til 9:30 while the Tyson made the kids breakfast and got them ready for church.  We went to church, came home, ate lunch, put Anderson down for nap, sent Tyson to do the grocery shopping while the boys played and I did some things around the house, and then we went FISHING!!  Woo hoo!!  There is a beautiful little lake in Statesboro called Cypress Lake, and we got a little boat tour and then went to our own little private fishing spot.  We didn't catch anything, but we had fun nonetheless (well, other than Jake getting stung by a wasp the second we stepped on the boat).  After a few hours on the lake, we packed up and went to my favorite eating place in town- Gnat's Landing.  Not many mom's ask for a fishing trip for Mother's Day, but the boys loved it and that makes this Mama happy. :)  Happy Mother's Day!!

Mother's Day with My Mom

I love this of me, my mom, and my sis.

Twinsies!

Our beloved chihuahua, Ellie, passes away last week.  This is her grave. :(

Amy and I tried to interview my Mama.  Amy trips me out.  My mom wasn't amused!

Yesterday, Tyson, the boys, and I drove to Thomaston to spend time with my mom, my sister, and my sister's oldest two kids.  My dad had to go out of time, so we all entertained mom while he was away.  We didn't get to stay nearly as long as I would've liked, but it's always a bonus to see my mom any chance we get.
